Mochkil's Soft Pretzels

The Dough Matrix
2 cups Warm Water, 1 tbsp Sugar, 2 tbsp Active Yeast, 3 cups Flour, 1 tsp Salt, 1/4 cup Melted Butter, Sesame Seeds/Pretzel Salt.
✨ LIFE-CHANGING STEP ✨ Boil dough in baking soda water (1 tbsp soda per 1 cup water) for 30 seconds per side BEFORE baking.
Execution
  1. Activate yeast in warm water and sugar (5 mins).
  2. Knead with flour and salt for 10 minutes.
  3. System Rest: 1 hour.
  4. Deploy the Baking Soda Boil.
  5. Brush with butter and apply salt/seeds.
  6. Bake @ 375°F for 12-15 minutes.
