Octopus: 2 lbs tentacles, 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tsp smoked paprika.
Chermoula: Parsley, Cilantro, Olive Oil, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Cumin.
The Deployment
01. Marinate: Mix oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat tentacles and refrigerate for 2 hours to soak up the energy.
02. Chermoula: Blend herbs, oil, and citrus until smooth. This is the sauce that defines the mission.
03. The Grill: 3-4 mins per side until charred. Serve with Chermoula or eat bare-handed. 😂
