1.5 cups Flour, 1 cup Sugar, 6 tbsp Cocoa, 1 tsp Baking Powder, Milk, 2 Eggs, Vanilla.
Top Layer
Neon Pink Velvet Mousse:
1 cup Heavy Cream, 1/2 cup Sugar, Pink Gelatin (The Glow), 8 oz Cream Cheese, Vanilla.
Assembly Sequence
01. Initialize Sponge: Bake chocolate base and allow to cool (System Cool Down).
02. Encrypt Mousse: Whip cream and pink gelatin until stiff peaks. Beat cream cheese separately.
03. Integration: Fold pink cream into the cheese matrix for a velvet finish.
04. Layering: Alternate cake and mousse. Top with extra glow and decorations.
